Design Development
Having agreed on the Design Direction concepts we can progress to the design development and detail design stage. All final bespoke furniture, joinery and interior architecture drawings will be presented, along with all final finishes, art and accessories for clients to approve. At this stage we will also present a fully itemised breakdown of costs in line with the agreed budget.
We are committed to delivering beautiful yet liveable interiors in line with the agreed concept and technical designs by working collaboratively with approved tradesmen. Once work on site is taking place, we ensure the design is efficiently moving forward by liaising with the contractors and/ or architects.
Design Direction
We are pleased to offer a design direction service, which works well for those that would like to engage with the expertise of the studio in a budget conscious manner.
We take the time to learn about the overall design aesthetic that you are trying to achieve. We will build a picture of the project through a site visit or floor plans and photographs, as well as ensure that we understand all factors such as time scale and budget.
Interpreting the detailed brief we will present you with a concept design, consisting of floor plans illustrating the proposed furniture layouts and any structural changes that may be required, and mood board presentations with imagery of suggested furniture and joinery concepts. We will also provide you with a personalised colour palette and shopping list to assist you with achieving the true Interior Designer finish.

Installation
The most comprehensive design service.
The schedule of works will be outlined and agreed. With all onsite requirements met, works will commence and our project coordinators will attend regular site meetings to ensure our designs are being carried out to their exact specifications. We will keep the client updated throughout as well as oversee the snagging during the snagging period.
We aim to offer a holistic and seamless design finish. During the installation, we will be on-site to oversee deliveries and add those finishing touches. Finally, we will professionally style and dress your home so that you walk into the home of your dreams in it's full realisation.
